Double room, 3 month sublet - St John’s Wood

Hello! I have a double bedroom available for 3/4 months in St John’s Wood, as I have to move out of London for that time.

About the flat: This large 2 bed flat is on the top floor of a really safe, quiet building in a fantastic area. The Jubilee and Bakerloo lines are close by and there are plenty of buses too. The room is a double with tonnes of storage and is fully furnished.
(Pictures include all of my stuff but that will obviously be moved out and the kayak will be taken off the balcony!)

Rent is £1150 and this includes bills (internet, electricity, gas, water and council tax).

You’d be living with my current flatmate who (like me) is also called Emma - she’s a 24 year old law student from Norway who’s always up for a chat! Emma loves fashion, chatting politics and trying out all of London’s best cafes / brunch spots.

Move in date is flexible to an extent. I can move out on any weekend in May / start of June.
