Short-let Double in St Johns Wood, Female house!

We are a group of Female founders living in an amazing flat with Regent's Park on our doorstep in St. John's Wood.

We have a short-let avaible for one of our large double rooms from 15th of May (mabye earlier). We are looking at a short let until end of June.

The flat has a NYC feeling and is very spacious, it has 3 bathrooms with showers and bath and one small toilet.

We are building a home for female entrepreneurs (think hacker house for women) and we are looking to fill one of our rooms for a short-let.

We are between 25 - 35 years, building businesses in health teach, energy, AI safety and music.

Logistics:

- Available from 15 May (potentially from the 1th)
- 2 months short-let
- Rent: 1325 + 100 bills (council tax, gas, water, wifi, electricity)

Great location:

- 10 min walk to Baker street, (20 min walk to Selfridges Oxford street)
- 10 min walk to St Johns wood Tube
