The Room:
A comfortable, furnished double with good natural light. It has as a built in wardrobe and will have a double Ikea Ottoman bed installed where you can store luggage etc underneath. I'm happy to provide a drawer or desk if you'd like one for your room as well. I will have new furnishing ready of the living room with new table, sofas and sofa table.

Location:
Around 12–15 minutes walk from both St John's Wood station (Jubilee line) and Maida Vale station (Bakerloo line) two tube lines giving you easy access across London. Well served by local buses too 13, 46, 113, 139, 187, 189, and N113. Nearby: St John's Wood High Street, Regent's Park, and Primrose Hill .

Rent:
£1,300/month total - £1,175 rent + £125 covering all bills (council tax band D, gas+electric, internet).

About me:
I'm originally from Berlin and have been living in London the past 13 years. I'm a busy working professional, so the flat is quiet and relaxed during the week. I'm easy going and have always flat shared during my time in London. I just bought my first place and looking for someone easy going and tidy to share it with. I'm open to both professionals and students and both males/females
