We are looking for someone to take a double room in our newly refurbished 3-bed flat in St Johns Wood in June. Rent is £1500 per month including heating. Other bills are paid separate. Deposit is £1730 in total.
The flat is currently shared with one other professional female who works in consultancy. We are busy during the week, but friendly and easy-going, and enjoy an occasional drink, like to do reformer pilates and playing tennis.
