St Johns Wood double room

I have a double room to let in my flat in St Johns wood,

I currently live by myself and am looking to make use of the second double bedroom (not ensuite). I work in finance and am in the office on most days. The flat itself has plenty of space, a large living room and dining room as well as nice kitchen and a little south facing balcony, to sit outside when the sun is out. The building is portered and in a lovely location, 5 minutes walk from st Johns wood underground station, 10 minutes from regents park and with easy access to the rest of London.

As for myself, I appreciate a peaceful home to read or listen to music, I love the mountains, outdoors, swimming and even a good pub once in a while to watch football. It would be good to find a respectful person to share with, who enjoys a peaceful home in a great location.
