The house is bright, spacious and filled with natural light, with a large open-plan living and dining room that opens onto a lovely private garden. It’s the perfect place to relax after work, enjoy a morning coffee outside or unwind with friends in the evenings.

The Room

Bright, fully furnished double bedroom with a comfortable double bed, desk, chest of drawers and plenty of natural light. A peaceful space that’s ideal whether you’re working from home or simply looking for somewhere calm to come back to.

The House

Beautiful fully equipped modern kitchen with plenty of storage, a spacious living and dining room, private south-facing garden with outdoor seating and BBQ, one bathroom plus an additional WC, fast WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher and generous communal space.

Set on a vibrant residential street in St John’s Wood, just a short walk from the High Street, Regent’s Park and excellent transport links (5-10 min). The area offers the perfect balance of peaceful surroundings while being within easy reach of Central London.

About Us

You’ll be sharing with two friendly young professionals. One of us works in finance and the other in academia. We both enjoy keeping the house clean, relaxed and welcoming. During the week we’re usually busy with work, but we always appreciate the occasional dinner together, a chat over coffee or spending time in the garden when the weather is nice. We value having a home that feels comfortable, clean, respectful and easy to live in.

About You

We’re looking for a professional or postgraduate student who is clean, considerate and looking for a long-term home. Someone who enjoys a friendly atmosphere while also respecting everyone’s space would be a great fit.
