Rahul and I (Priyam) are looking for a third flatmate to join us in a flat in St John’s Wood. The flat has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, one big hall and a 24 x 7 concierge.
The place is right next to Lord’s and Regent’s Park. It’s a really nice area if you like being somewhere close to green spaces. The building also has a gym, which is a nice bonus.
A bit about us: I work as an auditor at PwC and Rahul is an Economist at LSE. We’re both LSE/UCL grads, easygoing, friendly, sensitive and inclusive. We’ve already got a TV and a PlayStation, plus a sofa and chairs.
The flat is officially unfurnished, but realistically you’d only need to sort a bed. The current tenants may be happy to sell theirs cheaply, and anything else we need can easily be picked up second-hand, so it shouldn’t take much to get the place set up.
It’s also close to St John’s Wood station, with low Westminster council tax and an EPC B rating, so energy bills should be decent too.
Honestly, this property was a steal for this price so Rahul and I got the place sorted the first opportunity we got to.
