I am moving out of my current flat as I’m relocating countries !

I’ve lived here for 2 years and the flat is beautiful!
- a lot of natural light throughput the flat
- 5 mins walk to St John’s Wood’s station
- 5 mins walk to the bus stops
- 2 mins walk to Regent’s Park
- 10 mins bus to Baker Street
- The flat has : washing machine, balcony, separate living room, modern kitchen with all appliances, modern washroom. Lots of storage space ! The bedroom comes with a 6 door wardrobe!
- 1 flatmate who works in retail and is often at work. Quite girl.
- The flat is located 2 mins from St John’s Wood high street + local Tesco and whole foods.
- Bills are about £150/200 per month
- The desk, ergonomic chair and monitor in the room are owned by me but willing to let it go for a fixed price if interested.
- 1 washroom shared between the 2 flatmates
