Flatmate wanted Double Room on Abbey Road

We’re two professionals in our 20s (working in marketing and consulting) looking for a new flatmate to join us from 30th November.

We’d love to find someone who enjoys having a friendly, sociable flatshare, rather than us never seeing each other. It’d be great to get along well, share the occasional meal or drink, and spend time together when we can, while also respecting each other’s space and privacy.

The flat has had a great track record of long term tenants, with previous flatmates staying for 3+ years. We also have a great relationship with our landlord and have had no issues with the property.

The location is brilliant. Less than a 10 min walk from St John’s Wood and Maida Vale tube stations, close to Regent’s Park, and just up the road from the crossing that some band walked across in the late 60’s;)

The room comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, bookshelf and bedside table. The bathroom is shared with one flatmate.

Bills are around £150pp/month, including energy, water, council tax (Band F), broadband, home insurance and TV licence.
