We are looking for someone who would fit in with the other three housemates who are all sociable young professionals/students in their 20s.

All bills included (electricity, gas, council tax, wireless fibre broadband, TV license). Deposit is one months rent.

Off-street parking can be separately rented or you can easily apply for a zone CA-K residents permit.
