The flat is on a quiet street a two-minute walk from St Johns station. It has two bedrooms, an open plan kitchen living room and a shared bathroom. There’s lots of space for cooking, watching films and tv (I have Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video).

Great local transport! Frequent Southeastern trains to London Bridge in 8 minutes from St Johns, which is 2 minutes from the flat. Nearby the DLR, 10 minute walk to either Lewisham or Elverson Road station. Just over 10 minute walk to New Cross Overground. And many options for local busses!

Lovely local area with nice pubs, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Brockley Market on Saturday has great food stalls and local producers. Within walking distance there are lots of parks.

About me - I’m 34 and I’m a publications manager, I’ve lived in Lewisham for years and grew up locally. I’ve been doing up the flat for the past couple of years and am looking for a lodger for the spare room.

I dog sit one day a week for a cockapoo so would be ideal if you are dog friendly.
