I'm looking for a friendly, chilled, tidy female flatmate to rent the second bedroom in my spacious furnished flat in SE8.

The room is generously sized at 3.95mx2.86m and comes fully furnished with:

* Desk and chair (option to remove these)
* Built-in cupboards
* Plenty of shelving and storage space

The flat has a large, bright living room and a spacious kitchen, giving us both plenty of room.
The location is fantastic, with excellent transport links:
* 6-minute walk to St Johns Station
* 7-minute walk to Deptford Bridge DLR
* 7-minute walk to Elverson Road DLR
* 16-minute walk to New Cross Station

There are also plenty of cafés, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, with Lewisham, Greenwich and Deptford both within easy reach.

A little about me: I work full-time and work from home 2–3 days a week. I go out fairly regularly, but I also really value my downtime and enjoy coming home to a calm, quiet, clean, relaxed space. I'm sociable and happy to have a chat over a cup of tea or while cooking dinner, but I love my independence and personal space.

I also share the flat with my very chatty, affectionate indoor cat, so it's important that you're comfortable living with cats!

I'm looking for a someone who is tidy, considerate and easy-going. I'd love to live with someone who enjoys the occasional chat and is happy to be friendly, while also respecting each other's space and independence.

Bills are not included in the rent and cover Wi-Fi, TV license, water, council tax, gas and electricity. I'm happy to provide an estimate of the monthly cost when you get in touch.

The room is available immediately. Initially, the tenancy will be offered on a 2/3-month contract. If we're both happy and it's a good fit, there's the opportunity to extend beyond that.
