Hi, I'm looking for a replacement tenant to take over my contract at Yugo Therese House Student Accommodation. The accommodation is very close to Barbican underground station.

Due to personal circumstances, I will not be living here. The room in the flat will be available from October 23rd, 2023 onward. The payment is 369 GBP per week, bills and broadband included.

The standard ensuite (private bathroom inside your own room) is located in 4-bedroom cluster on the 7th floor, with a shared kitchen/ dining space. The other 3 flat mates are 2 males+ 1female aged around 25 and above (as per the day of reservation).
