Hey! Our housemate is moving out of our gorgeous home on the 9th April, so looking for a fab girl aged 28-35 to replace her!

This is a 5 bed house, with a communal downstairs open plan kitchen/lounge with a paved garden, in a private mews. The room is a double size with an en-suite and comes with a double bed and wardrobe.

Were located between Kings Cross, Camden & Caledonian Road.

You’ll be sharing with 4 professional girls aged between 29 and 34. We all met through SpareRoom, but are all now very good friends! We all tend to work between 2 and 5 days in the office (with the rest of time working from home) and have fairly busy personal lives, but love spending time socialising together in or out the house, and get along with each other’s friends.

We’re looking for another girl who is friendly and sociable, up for wanting to join in on the social plans that are floating around, but also happy to enjoy their own time. We’re looking for someone who loves the house just as much as we do, but also very relaxed!

The rent is £1,120 per month, including bills and a fortnightly cleaner. We’ve signed onto a new 1 year fixed tenancy, and would like a housemate who’s looking for a long term home!
