Spacious 2-bed flat in central London

I’ve had such a lovely experience living here and would really love to find someone I get on well with to renew the lease (on the 1st of July, but room can be available as early as May if needed!) 😊
My current flatmate and I struck a great balance - we’re both tidy and like to keep the flat clean (especially shared spaces like the kitchen/living room), but not in a stressful or overly strict way- generally cleaning up after ourselves and leaving things nice, but not the end of the world if there’s the occasional off day.
We’re quite social and enjoy spending time together - watching shows, chatting in the evenings, the occasional wine night - but we also really value our own space and independence.
We’ve also loved hosting from time to time (sociable and warm flat but also value space and alone time). We’re always respectful of the space, one another and neighbours.
Overall, I’m looking for someone easygoing, communicative, and considerate - who’s up for a friendly home rather than just a place to stay.
