(Last Minute) Large Double Room in Great Area

I looking for a flatmate to split this flat with. Ideally a young professional or post-grad student to move in 1st of October. Bit soon but need to get the ball rolling this week or I’ll move out.

I want to take over the tenancy of this flat from my friend, and currently been staying in her room. It’s becoming a 2 bedroom flat, with small renovations and new carpets throughout at renewal. The smaller room is becoming a lounge.

I really like this place and would love to share it with another responsible person. Kitchen is great and bathroom is compact. It’s on the 5th floor (with lift) and the rooms have got a good view west. The location is amazing - come pay a visit.
