We're looking for a third flatmate to join us in our lovely home :)

The flat is conveniently located between Hammersmith and Chiswick, about 2 min walk to Stamford Brook Station (District line) and a 5-min tube ride to Hammersmith (H&C, Circle, and Piccadilly lines).
The rent is £1,074 pp/pm and the bills are approx. £160 pp/pm


We're two professionals - one a structural engineer, the other works in marketing for a tech company. Both of us have hybrid work setups, splitting our time between home and the office. We love a shared dinner and a good hang, but we're equally big on respecting each other's space. Outside of work, you'll find us into sports, travel, music gigs and catching up with friends.


We’re looking for someone friendly and easy-going, who treats their flat like a home. Tidy in the common areas, respectful of shared space, and up for the occasional flatmate dinner.
