I am leaving my spacious room and looking for a new addition to the lovely flat in Chiswick / Stamford Brook to move in end of July ( will be available from 25th July)
I am leaving after 4years and Hannah and Maria have lived here for couple of years and would love to find someone likeminded to live with them!

About the room:
The room comes with a double bed and a chest of drawers, everything else I have bought and would normally take but happy to discuss selling for small price (for example wardrobe as quite big and needed for the room, could save both a hassle).

About the flat:
Situated just near the Stamford brook station, it is perfect to access district line within seconds! The flat has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and some storage space too.

About us:
Hannah and Maria both love staying in as much as staying active and going for walks, runs and general activities. They both have different schedules so there definitely wouldn't be any clashes in the bathroom/kitchen area. Maria teaches arts in school and Hannah works in fashion. There is a lot of hobbies in the house - arts and crafts, playing guitar, painting, acting and more!

The bills aren't included and girls split them accordingly. You might need to take something on which ends up around £80 each.
