Spacious Double Room in Stamford Hill (October)

Hello people!

I'm off to Spain for a month and therefore subletting my room.

The flat is a 7 min walk from Stamford Hill station on a friendly quiet road with great travel links nearby such as Seven Sisters & Manor House underground station as well as nice green spaces nearby such as Finsbury Park and the Tottenham Marshes.

The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of draws & wardrobe with large windows that keep the room full of sunlight.

The living room is a good enough size to host dinner parties and chilled nights in, the kitchen is furnished with all the necessary appliances and the garden is very spacious and perfect for nice outdoor dinners and get-togethers.

The room is £650 all bills included apart from council tax. Deposit is the first months rent (£650). I am looking for a 1 month tenancy agreement but can be flexible on this. The move in date will be any day from the 7th of September. The sooner the better.

I have a close relationship with the landlord so issues can be quickly resolved with no issues in communication.

You'd be living with my flatmate who is a 26 year old Medical student who'll be studying from home and out on placements some days. He is very sociable and enjoys movies, drinks, good food and get-togethers.
