Spacious Double Room in Stamford Hill (October)
Sadly my house mate is venturing off to another country so I'm currently looking for someone to take the other room in the 2 bed flat.
The flat is a 7 min walk from Stamford Hill station on a friendly quiet road with great travel links nearby such as Seven Sisters & Manor House underground station as well as nice green spaces nearby such as Finsbury Park and the Tottenham Marshes.
The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of draws & wardrobe with large windows that keep the room full of sunlight.
The living room is a good enough size to host dinner parties and chilled nights in, the kitchen is furnished with all the necessary appliances and the garden is very spacious and perfect for nice outdoor dinners and get-togethers.
The room is £720 all bills included. Deposit is the first months rent (£650). I am looking for a 6 month tenancy agreement but can be flexible on this. The move in date will be early to mid October but can also be flexible with this.
I have a close relationship with the landlord so issues can be quickly resolved with no issues in communication.
You'd be living with me and my pet dog Armani, I’m a 25 year old Freelance Graphic designer so I’ll usually be working at home in my room throughout the day but am very sociable in the evenings and enjoy movies, drinks, good food and get-togethers.
If interested, please message me for more info and a viewing.
