Spacious Double Room in Stamford Hill (September)

The Room

Hello people!

I'm subletting a room in my 2 bed flat.

The flat is a 7 min walk from Stamford Hill station on a friendly quiet road with great travel links nearby such as Seven Sisters & Manor House underground station as well as nice green spaces nearby such as Finsbury Park and the Tottenham Marshes.

The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of draws & wardrobe with large windows that keep the room full of sunlight.

The living room is a good enough size to host dinner parties and chilled nights in, the kitchen is furnished with all the necessary appliances and the garden is very spacious and perfect for nice outdoor dinners and get-togethers.

The room is £800 all bills included apart from council tax. Deposit is same as first months rent (£800). I am looking for a 1 month tenancy agreement but can be flexible on this. The move-in date will be any day from the 15th of September.

I have a close relationship with the landlord, so issues can be quickly resolved with no issues in communication.

You'd be living with me, a 31 year old graphic designer who works partially from home, from my room. I'm a social, friendly, chilled-out guy who likes to go out to the pub with my friends as well as chilling in, cooking a nice meal and watching TV.
