We're looking to fill the 3rd bedroom in our flat share! We currently have a subletter who will be moving out start of August, so the layout/furniture of the room is currently a bit different but the room comes with a bed and potentially some extra furniture if you're in need of it!
The room is:

Living with Sarah, 33, Scottish, working full time as a Goldsmith. She's been here for nearly 4 years now and would love to find someone friendly and respectful who will love and enjoy the house as much as she does. She designs and makes her own contemporary jewellery in her spare time, enjoys rock climbing, gigs, pub quizzes, pints of guinness and chilling out playing the switch!
Also living with Heff, 39, a musician, DJ and writer who also works in an office part time in Liverpool st area. She plays likes going for pints and enjoys living in this chilled clean and relaxed home.
We’re both queer and would love to live with similar peoples but not essential.
The house is a gorgeous two storey with a large bright living room, kitchen/dining space with space for bikes, one bathroom and shared garden space that is accessed through downstairs bedroom. Hoping to find someone who is tidy and respectful of the shared space, that will enjoy having a chat from time to time. Equally, if you prefer your own space that’s cool too.
Stamford Hill Station (Weaver line) is just a short walk away which can take you to Liverpool Street, or connect you to the Victoria line and Manor House Station (Piccadilly Line) is a short bus ride or 20 minute walk away. Also plenty of bus links nearby!
Nearby we have a little local shop, Morrisons, plenty of parks, Castle climbing centre and resevoir. Church Street is about a 15 minute walk away with loads of lovely pubs and food spots.
