Room in 3br Spacious House in Stamford Hill!

One flatmate is moving out at the end of the month onto greener pastures and we’re looking for a new roommate!

The room is:
✨️ £890 rent + £110 bills

Move in date is 6th of August.

Living with Sarah, 33, Scottish, working full time as a Goldsmith. She’s been here for 3 years now and would love to find some friendly and respectful folk who will love and enjoy the house as much as she have over the last 3 years. I design and make my own contemporary jewellery in my spare time, enjoy rock climbing, gigs, pub quizzes, pints of guinness and chilling out playing my switch!
Also living with Heff, 39 and a musician DJ and writer who also works in an office part time in Liverpool st area. I play football see my mates and enjoy living in this chilled clean and relaxed home.

We’re both queer and would love to live with similar but not essential.

The house is two storey with a large bright living room, kitchen/dining space with space for bikes, one bathroom and shared garden space that is accessed through downstairs bedroom. I'm hoping to find some lovely people who are tidy and respectful of the shared spaces and that will enjoy chilling with a cuppa and chatting about our days!

Stamford Hill Station (Weaver line) is just a short walk away which can take you to Liverpool Street, or connect you to the Victoria line and Manor House Station (Piccadilly Line) is a short bus ride or 20 minute walk away. Also plenty of bus links nearby!

Nearby we have a little local shop, Morrisons, plenty of parks, Castle climbing centre and resevoir. Church Street is about a 15 minute walk away with loads of lovely pubs and food spots.

Were hoping to do viewings Thursday the 9th and Friday the 10th of July, but can do also do Sunday the 11th. please send us a little bit about yourself if you're interested!! 💓
