Great place to relax, safe neighbourhood, all household stuff in the house is shared and bills & necessity’s are included (dont have too waste time Worrying about buying toilet paper etc)

For now we want too keep it a woman only household, Would suit someone who loves nature, back garden opens straight onto the river Lea, two parks either side & Hackney marshes nearby. We’re into living healthy so not a party flat at all, the warehouse community is fairly quiet also, no weekend parties. Open plan living area, kitchen, dining table chill space & work out area, all FLAT IS shred with 4 people only.

Want to meet happy independent humans who are easy-going and know themselves & clean up as they go. Self awareness & kindness is a must.
