Forming group for 6-bed house – 2 kitchens, garden

Hi everyone,

Me and my girlfriend are looking to form a group to rent this 6-bedroom house together starting from 24th March.

She has already viewed the property in person and everything is as described in the listing.

The house has 6 bedrooms:
• 5 double rooms with private en-suite bathrooms
• 1 slightly smaller double room with a private bathroom located outside the room

There are 2 kitchens (one connected to the living room and another one on the top floor), a garden, and parking availability. The maximum occupancy is 10 people and couples are welcome.

The landlord is renting the whole house as a group, so we are looking for reliable, respectful and easy-going people who are serious about moving forward.

We are both students and working professionals, sociable but always respectful of privacy and personal space. Ideally we’d like to create a friendly but calm house environment — not a party house, but a social and comfortable space for everyone.

We’re serious about proceeding and ready to move quickly once the right group is formed.

I also have a video of the entire house and can share it privately with anyone who is genuinely interested.
