Lovely room with office in a bright cosy flat :)

Hello! I'm looking for a housemate to take a lovely double room with additional office available in a spacious flat - monthly rent is £1,027.50. The flat has STUNNING views of London and is south facing so beautifully bright all year round.

The location is great. Stone’s throw away from all the fab independent coffee spots, restuarants and shops in Stoke Newington, Green Lanes and Finsbury Park. Transportation wise, it’s a three min walk to Stamford Hill overground station, 15min walk to Seven Sisters tube and buses outside the flat which take you practicaly everywhere in London!

You’ll be sharing the flat with one other housemate, me! I’m a kind and considerate person, and like to live in a clean and calm space. I work in the environmental sector and am really passionate about what I do. I have all sorts of interests and fairly busy social life. I’m keen to share the space with someone who’s also got their own things going on, but is up for a trip to the pub, movies or yoga studio every now and then. I'm looking for someone who's friendly and kind, who's also wanting to call the flat their home.
