We have a room going in a beautiful Victorian 3 bed flat laid over one floor with a garden in Stamford Hill. It’s south facing and can be furnished with a double bed, or unfurnished.
The room is £900 a month excl bills, with the availability of 14th June to 29th July, this would come £1300 for 6 weeks
Paola is pretty flexible with the move in and out dates but needs to be in there on the 29th July, and the contract officially starts on the 8th June so is open to have a discussion regarding that!
Viewings available from evenings of the 8th June, and then on the morning of June 13th onwards.
You will be living with Sophie, a 28 year old freelance graphic designer who mostly works from home, and another guy who is subletting for the same time period.
