Sublet for a month but easy to work around dates

I’m subletting my beautiful room which are just moving in because I’m going for a month back home. The flat is New renovated it has a double bed wardrobe is quite spacious and clean. You’ll be sharing with Filip my former Flatmate which he is about and then he works until 3 am so he’s never really home when I am he’s queer and he’s safe. I’ve been living with a lot of people the past year and he drained me so I found my peace lately.
He has a great bathroom size kitchen and living room. It’s on the third floor in Stamford Hill in Northfield Road in a very quiet street 10 minutes or less from Church Street. The transport is great as you have overground Stamford Hill Manorhouse the tube and all the buses from Stockton Newton High Street.
Ideally, I want someone for a month, but if you want more or less, I can compromise.
