Two double rooms have become available in our friendly 3-bedroom warehouse home, tucked away in a peaceful district right on the canal between Clapton and Tottenham Hale.
Two rooms available as both current flatmates are taking the lease in another studio in the warehouse. I'm open to pre-existing pals joining as a pair, or couples if you were taking both rooms between you.
Ideally looking for long term flatmates, but short lets (minimum 1 month) are considered for now.
Preference is people from the LGBTQI+ community, female, trans or non-binary folk.
Please only message for long term lets if you're 33+. I can be more flexi on age for shorter term.

🏡 The Space
Our homely studio is part of a creative warehouse, a short walk from Stamford Hill Broadway for shops (inc LIDL!), and well-connected to Seven Sisters, South Tottenham and Tottenham Hale for transport.
Right on the canal and just 5 minutes from Springfield Park, Markfield Park and the Walthamstow Wetlands & Marshes, it’s ideal if you love green spaces and peaceful walks.
The studio has:
- A large communal living space with a big dining table, comfy sofas, plants, a projector, games, KRK speakers and cosy dimmable lighting
- A reading nook + desk on the mezz.
The unit (shared with other studios) has:
- A shared outdoor workshop area for projects or tinkering
- A shared garden and deck overlooking the canal
🛏 The Rooms
Room 1 - Upstairs:
- The only room on the floor, brightest room in the house, with a skylight & fitted blind.
Room 2 - Downstairs:
- Carpeted square haven, window to the outside (sometimes rare in warehouse living!)
Both are furnished with a desk, double bed, office chair, clothes rail & a chest of drawers.
You're welcome to bring your own furniture if that's a preference, but we would need to store any of the unwanted items for future flatmates (in our large storage space!). You're also very welcome to decorate the room & make it your own.
👋 About Us
You’ll be sharing with me, Knotty (38), and another new human who takes the 2nd room.
I'm a Festival & Event Manager and love bringing people together. I'm often out trying new activities, supporting pals’ shows, or keeping active with F45 & local walks.
I work full-time 10–6 (in Winter usually 3 days in the office, 2 from home).
I'm often out at gigs, theatre, queer events, but also really value a quiet evening at home.
🌈 Who We’re Looking For
- A tidy, considerate person who who helps keep the place clean & feeling cosy to live in.
- Ideally queer, though active allies are welcome. A preference for female, trans or non-binary folk.
- Someone proactive who’s up for shaping the space, whether that’s small warehouse improvements or outdoor bits / plant care.
- Open comms are really important too, being able to talk things through honestly & kindly.
- Due to the nature of the open plan space, it’s best suited to someone who doesn’t work from home most of the week.
- It’s not a party warehouse (aside from special occasions), and def not an after party warehouse, but I'd like us to host friends for dinners, drinks, crafting and films.
