We are looking for a new housemate in our established flat inside a small warehouse in Stamford Hill.
The room is a good size, with a shared studio space, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a large garden, workshop and yard which backs directly onto the River Lee.
We are 3 creative professionals and a Jack Russell, who work from home in both the studio space and the workshop outside. We are not a party house, but we do often have friends over for drinks, dinner and board games.
The rent is £635 which includes all bills and wifi.
