This is situated on lovely quiet cul-de-sac street with free parking on the street; very near Stamford Hill overground (walking time approx 4 mins) with great and fast connections to Bethnal London Fields, Bethnal Green, Liverpool St & the City (15 mins); and v close to good bus route to Holloway Rd; Finsbury Park; London Bridge; Shoreditch; Hackney; Camden; Central London Manor House tube 10 mins away - Picadilly Line = 10 mins to Picaddily. There is a washing machine upstairs and if required a shared full kitchen and sitting room upstairs.

Prepared to consider Monday - Friday lets - with some reflection in the rental, and consider short lets. More to be discussed on application. The bills included are currently for timed electric underfloor heating & gas central heating, and broadband and water.
