Hi my name is George (short for Georgina) and I am a 29 year old female working in hospitality. I own my flat and am looking for a female flatmate to share the space with. Everything is pretty relaxed around here, I love movie nights and just chilling and cooking. I also love getting out and about so very open to hanging out outside the flat and making a new friend!

I want the space to feel fully shared and like you can make a home for yourself here because I know how important that is, especially in London.

Happy to chat over a FaceTime and give you a tour or meet for a coffee, whichever you’d prefer.

Room comes with a double bed and under bed storage, wardrobe and a bookcase. Large communal Kitchen/Living Space and balcony - all south facing so lots of sun! Large shared bathroom with plenty of storage and multiple utility cupboards in the hallway. All Bills (including Council Tax) are included in the rent price.

All the pictures are from when I bought it and it doesn’t look much different to be honest, I just haven’t had a chance to take recent ones.

The sofa bed has obviously also been replaced with a double bed.

Transport wise, Mile End and Stepney Green station are about a 5 minute walk each. Whitechapel Station is more like a 15/20 minute walk and Limehouse DLR Station is also a 5 minute walk.
