We have a cosy and convenient two bedroom flat, with 1 double room available for rent.

The flat has a security gate and is located in a nice, quiet and convenient residential area with gardens. The flat is around 10 min walk to Whitechapel tube station (District, Hammersmith & City Line and Overground), 10 min to Shadwell (Overground and DLR), and just 3-5 min walk to the nearest bus stop (no. 25, 205 and 254). Daily market, a huge Sainsbury's, restaurants, gym, cinema and shops all within a few minutes walking distance to the flat.

You will be living with a very friendly and hardworking young male and female professionals, whom you will share one bathroom, a toilet and a fully fitted kitchen with.

The furnished double room is the master bedroom with a balcony, it is warm and quiet.

The monthly rent is inclusive of all bills (electricity, gas, water, council tax, service charge, fast fibre broadband), however, if you wish to watch live TV, you will need to buy your own TV licence.

We are looking for long term tenants (minimum stay 12 months) who likes, can care for the flat and really feel at home here.
