Hi there!

I’m currently looking for someone to rent a large, fully furnished double en-suite room in a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat.

You’ll have your own private en-suite bathroom, as well as direct access to the balcony from your bedroom, with amazing sunset views across the City of London.

The room

The room is spacious, bright and comes fully furnished with:

* Double bed
* Large fitted in wardrobe
* Bedside table
* Large chest of drawers
* Private en-suite bathroom

The flat

The flat is fully equipped with everything you need, including:

* Large fridge and freezer
* Dishwasher
* 65” TV
* Netflix, Amazon Prime and NOW TV
* Sofa bed
* Fully equipped kitchen
* Electronic darts

One of the best things about the flat is the large, bright living room and the huge balcony overlooking London from the 9th floor.

The balcony is covered, so you can enjoy it throughout the year, even when it’s raining, and the sunset and city views are definitely one of the highlights of the flat.

Location

The location is great, particularly if you enjoy walking or running along the canal. You can walk along the canal to Victoria Park in under 20 minutes.

There are plenty of shops and bus connections nearby, and Limehouse, Mile End and Stepney Green stations are all within walking distance.

Who you’ll be living with

You’ll be sharing the flat with me. I’m Spanish, have been living in London for 13 years and in this flat for over 5 years.

I’m a professional working as Head of CRM and have a hybrid working setup, so I work from home some days and from the office on others.

I’m friendly, sociable and easy-going, but I also really enjoy having a comfortable, clean and relaxed home. I’m looking for someone similar who will treat the flat as their home too.
