Beautiful Mews house on historic hidden street 1 minute walk from Stepney Green underground.

Hi guys, we have one room available in our super cozy house! Double bed, with built in wardrobes and a modern, tasteful finish. The current contract is due to finish around the end of December though the room will be available from the start of May.

We have made this house our home for over 4 years and so ideally we would love to find someone who would also see this as a place they can call home on a more permanent basis. However, we will also consider short term.

Room: (The larger room) High ceiling with exposed brick and iron girder detailing. Double bed, double fitted wardrobe. Carpeted with mock cast iron radiators. Window looking out onto leafy street. Plenty of room for a large desk or additional furniture.

The house: Newly refurbished, Mews house with front and back garden, tucked away on a hidden street, lined with beautiful gardens and social neighbours. Downstairs features tiled underfloor heating, a modern open plan kitchen with plenty of space, leading to cozy lounge filled with plants and a downstairs toilet. Floor to ceiling glass doors slide open to the back garden. There’s also a skylight directly above the dining table so plenty of natural light!

A second skylight shines down through the glass floor landing, allowing more light into the kitchen. Upstairs sits two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a modern and spacious bath and separate shower.

About us: Tom (29) & Emma (29) Long term, super laid back and friendly couple from the UK with a love for eating, drinking and dancing and a respect for PDA. Nastia (25) moved in over two years ago, has a love of wine and art and has become a great friend.

We are very much our own people. Emma works as an Event Coordinator, Tom works in design and Nastia is a writer and art curator. We are super social creatures looking looking for people who want to make this as much of a home as we have.
