I am happy to post this advert for our newly renovated double room. The property has been completely renovated to top specs few months ago with new rooms, kitchen and bathrooms.

There are only 3 rooms in the property, therefore you will share the 2 bathrooms with only two other people.
All the rooms in the property are double rooms but we have decided to let them as single room to avoid having too many people at the property.

We are looking for someone clean and educated but also funny and outgoing. We usually prefer to only have ladies at the property but we are also open to rent the room to clean, tidy and sensible males.

Gas, Electricity, water and council tax are INCLUDED. Internet is also complimentary. Which is a bonus :)

My wife and me are the landlords, there are no agents involved and we are very hands on and ready to solve any problems you might have.

The room is only suitable for one tenant. I am sorry but we do not accept couples to avoid overcrowding the property.
