The flat is on the top floor of a fob-entry modern development and has a huge sun-soaked lounge, a separate utility room with an updated washer/dryer, and a balcony.
There’s a tonne of storage space in the utility room, hall closet, and kitchen in addition to the ample wardrobe space in your room.
You will share a bathroom with one other tenant.
The private landlords are responsive and friendly - we’ve lived here for over four years, and they have been pleasant and prompt when dealing with any issues.

The area:
This flat is a 4 min walk to Stepney Green station, which is very well connected – you can be at Bank or Canary Wharf in 15 minutes. The flat is also a 10 min walk to Limehouse on the DLR. There is a city farm, gyms and multiple parks within walking distance.
There are many grocery options within a 5-15 min radius: Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Aldi
This is also a safe area, as you’re right off the main road and in an area inhabited primarily by families. Very quiet and peaceful at night, and the lights from Canary Wharf lend a certain je nais sais quois to the lounge at night.

About us:
We’re Robyn and Ciara - we met after moving into this flat and have become friends - a spareroom success story! We’re both in our late twenties, and enjoy live music and traveling! Robyn is a lawyer, and Ciara works in marketing for tech. We are still friends with the previous tenants- attending an ex-flatmate's wedding and travelling to visit another flatmate in New York! We are looking for another friend :)

Robyn's hobbies include: the gym, gigs, and park run. She loves to cook, travel, and is a big plant mum. Robyn is a veggie!

Ciara's hobbies include: reading, drinking coffee, art galleries, and volunteering. Ciara has a boyfriend who stays over about once a fortnight.

Logistics:
Rent for your room is £1,010 a month. You will share a bathroom with one other tenant (Ciara); a cleaner comes once a fortnight.
Bills/ council tax are not included - these will be split evenly between the three of us (roughly an extra £100 in summer, and £150 in winter).

Since this room is let as a whole flat, you can move out whenever, as long as you find a suitable replacement for your room.
