Large(30m2) Double room with own bathroom in E1

My current flatmate is moving on to greener pastures and I am, looking for someone to replace her in our lovely, large flat in E1.

The flat is located in a gated 5- flat compound and comes with an off-street parking spot as well as safe spaces to store bicycles. It's approximately 5 minute walk from Stepney Green station (District and Hammersmith and City lines) and 12 minutes walk from Limehouse (DLR). There are small supermarkets (Sainsbury's and Tesco's) by Stepney Green station and a a very large Sainsbury's by Whitechapel Station ( 1 stop on the tube, 15 minutes walk or 3 bus stops away) . The canals and mile end park are about 10 minutes walk away and ideal places to go running, cycling or walking.

The flat itself is a duplex on the 1st floor of the building. The available room is a very spacious (30m2) double room located on the top floor of the flat with its own bathroom. There's also a big storage room adjacent to the room. The room comes partly furnished with a wardrobe, desk, desk chair (not the one pictured), shelfs and bed. The remainder of the furniture in the image belongs to my current flatmate but she is looking to sell some of if you are interested.

I have two smaller rooms and my own bathroom on the bottom floor of the flat. The kitchen is the only shared room in the flat and is also located on the bottom floor. It is very large and well equipped with all amenities including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The flat is managed by the landlords themselves, who are always accessible and very quick to respond and sort any issues.

Rent is 1200 pounds pcm. Bills range from 140-175 pounds per person per month.

You'll be sharing with myself. Im a friendly and outgoing 38 year old female. I'm half Austrian, half Hungarian but have been living in the UK for 18 years now. I'm a doctor in obstetrics and gynaecology. Unfortunately, this means I often have to work crazy shift patterns, including nightshifts. I am very tidy and cleanliness is very important to me in a house-share. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, running, cinema, theatre and traveling. I'm also quite an avid dancer of salsa and other Latin-American dances.

I'm looking for a friendly and tidy professional female in a similar age range who will be able to respect my shift patterns. (When on nightshifts I need to sleep during the day and noise would have to be kept to a minimum in common areas on those days as they are adjacent to my bedroom). Another doctor would be ideal but it is not a must.

Ideally, I am looking to share with someone who would be more than just a housemate and would be up for having the occasional coffee/meal/ beer/glass of wine together or to go catch a movie in our local indie cinema with!

The room is available from 19th August with some flexibility (Earliest 10th August - Latest 25th August). I'm holding viewings from 27th June. Send me a message if you are interested!
