Double room to rent on Mile End Area

I'm looking for a new flatmate on a zone 2 flat

• £850p/m including all bills (rent, council tax, electricity, gas, fibre internet)
• Room available from 1st october 2025.
• This room is part of a 3 bedroom + living room flat
• Furnished room: includes double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe. But if you prefer to bring your own furniture, we can arrange that too
• I'd need 1 month deposit
• Very close to Stepney Green and Mile End Station. 1 minute walk from Sainsbury's and QMUL university
• You would be sharing the flat with me (32yo Spanish) and another guy (24yo British/Indian)
• Toilet and separate bath room.
• Kitchen with gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer and laundry machine
• We're easy going and love hanging out on the living room. Most of the time this is a quiet home.
• Ideally no couples please
• Fast 1000mbps fibre Internet with proper router
• I'm not an agent. No admin fees or anything like that

We've got a really nice place to chill and enjoy, a place we feel we can call home. Living room is quite nice with 2 couches, big TV, decent speakers etc. One of the couches opens up as a double bed, so guests can stay over.
