Housemate moving out and looking for someone to fill a bright east-facing room available in a friendly flat in Stepney Green. Closest station, Stepney Green (10 min walk), Whitechapel station (15 min walk). Good amenities nearby, big Sainburys and Royal London Hospital.

The room comes partly furnished with a bed, side drawer, and inbuilt wardrobe.

The flat has a luscious green lounge filled with plants 🌵☘, a shared kitchen, and 1 bathroom. It’s a comfortable, relaxed home rather than a party flat.

You’ll be living with three others: one couple (M 38, F 34 both architects) 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️ and one male (34) housemate who is an actor and has part time muggle job 👨‍🎤🧙‍♂️. The household is queer-friendly, respectful, and liberal and politically aware 🍉

We’re looking for a female housemate (preferrably) aged 30–40, ideally a working professional with limited WFH, who is tidy, considerate, and happy to take part in a chore wheel to keep shared spaces clean. ✨

Rent: £885/month (excluding bills)
Bills: approx. £85–£100/month varies in winter/summer
