Double Bed in Stepney Green

Looking for someone to take over a lovely room in Stepney Green. The rent is £850 and bills are around £100 a month so roughly £950 but bills vary. Move in date is 28th April, but can move in slightly earlier if needed.

The room is a spacious double room with a built in wardrobe and a double bed and lots of light. The previous flatmate had some shelving but they’re taking that with them.

You’ll be sharing with me and Nico. We are two professionals both working in hospitality so have varying schedules. We have one bathroom shared between the 3 of us. We also have a large living room dining area with a small balcony and a separate kitchen with a washing machine.

The flat is between Stepney Green and Whitechapel stations, so really well connected with a big supermarket, cinema, pubs and restaurants.
