Looking for young, female working professionals.
- hybrid workers okay if no more than 2 days wfh a week
- Looking for someone Sociable but who respects own space and is tidy.
- Not a party house, but okay to have a friend over once in a while of course with consideration for others.

Who you’ll be living with:
⁃ Kaavya: 25 year old Canadian working in fintech.
⁃ Junnie: 28 year old Korean who works in marketing.

We like to have a chat and hang out in the living and would love someone who is open to being our friend and not just a roommate.

Will be an additional £20ish a month for shared toiletries and/or for cleaning lady to come in and clean common areas, ie kitchen, bathrooms, living room.

Sorry no smoking or couples allowed.

No fixed tenancy with rolling monthly contract but preference for someone who will stay longer term
