Hey girls, one of my flatmates is moving out of this lovely 3 bedroom flat in Stepney Green.

- huge separate kitchen and sunny separate living room with great light on ground floor with 3 bedrooms and main bathroom upstairs.
- Comes fully furnished with all bills included
- Amazing landlord that has been incredibly welcoming and accommodating.
- Entire flat was fully renovated to the highest standard, finished in January 2024.

The room:
Rent is £950 p/m all bills included as the room and double bed is a good bit bigger and with its own desk as well as a closet built into the wall. Sunny and bright windows!

Looking for young, female working professionals.
- hybrid workers okay if no more than 2 days wfh a week
- Looking for someone Sociable but who respects own space and is tidy.
- Not a party house, but okay to have a friend over once in a while of course with consideration for others.

Who you’ll be living with:
⁃ Kaavya: 25 year old Canadian working in fintech.
⁃ Sienna: 27 year old Australian who works in event management

We like to have a chat and hang out in the living, we also both do salsa together and would love someone who is open to being our friend and not just a roommate. We are also both obessed with Pitbull but please dont hold it against us 🤣 (video as evidence)

✨Rules✨
Will be an additional £20ish a month for shared toiletries and/or for cleaning lady to come in and clean common areas, ie kitchen, bathrooms, living room.

Sorry no smoking or couples allowed.

No fixed tenancy with rolling monthly contract but preference for someone who will stay longer term
