Looking for someone to take over a bright room in a lovely 4-bedroom house share in Stepney Green ☀️🏡

The house is very well kept, peaceful, and honestly I don’t think you could ask for a better landlord 😊 The room gets plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day.

Location-wise, it’s ideal—just a 4-minute walk to Stepney Green station, 10 minutes to Whitechapel, and 15 minutes to Mile End, with easy access to the Hammersmith & City, District, Elizabeth, Overground, and Central lines 🚇

The house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, so despite being very well connected, it feels calm and residential. There’s also a lovely garden 🌿 perfect for relaxing outdoors in the summer.

You’ll be sharing a bathroom with two other flatmates, and there’s an additional WC on the ground floor. Bills come to approximately £120 per month, and we also have a cleaner who comes every two weeks ✨

You’ll be living with:

The house has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, so we’re looking for someone easy-going, respectful, and reasonably clean 😊

The landlord is very flexible, and you can make changes to the room as you like if discussed beforehand.
