Great Flat Super Cheap Amazing Location!

Hey Guys,

My flatmates are moving out, and I am pretty much the only one staying in this lovely flat, so I am looking for new flatmates.

This is the smallest (and cheapest) room in the house, but it has a lot of storage and a foldable desk as well! (The bigger room will be available from August/September).

Something about me:
I am 33 years old, from Slovakia, just finished my Master's in Economic Policy, and am currently working as a personal trainer whilst finishing my dissertation.
I enjoy sport, going out or just chilling at home cooking and watching Netflix or reading.
It's not a party flat, and I would prefer to keep it a more chilled place to call home, especially since the flat is not huge. Having said that, there is absolutely no problem with occasionally having some people or a partner staying over! :)

I am looking for someone respectful and clean, ideally someone who can hang with as well and not be like strangers to each other :)

About the flat:
It is a 4-bedroom flat with a bathroom and separate toilet.
It has a lovely living room with a balcony and TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, two fridges and a freezer!

It's two minutes from the tube station (Stepney Green) , all the buses and the shops. Also, you are super close to the canal and Mile End Park, and you are walking distance to the city! The location is honestly great!
