Furnished Double Room in Stepney Green

My partner and I are sadly moving out of our lovely flat because we are moving back to Australia. It’s a 2 bed, 1 bath flat on the top level (3) of a small building with less than 12 flats.

The room is furnished and comes with a queen bed, a wardrobe, desk, and bedside table. The rest of the flat is also completely furnished. There’s a washing machine, double headed shower, and a big balcony with a great view.

The property is super conveniently located between Limehouse DLR station (8 min walk) and Stepney Green tube station (10 min walk). It’s also about 15 minutes to Mile End.

The other flatmates you’d be living with are a couple, Connie, 24, and Luca, 21. Both work full time and are super easy to get along with. They are open to either a single professional or another couple, as the dynamic with two couples in the house has been great thus far!

The rent is £1020 as the room available is slightly smaller than the other room (the total rent is £2100 pcm) and the bills would depend on it being a single occupant or a couple. We currently pay an additional £200 a month which gets put in an account and all bills are paid from there, if anything is left over it’s used to buy communal household stuff. We are still confirming details with the landlord regarding if you would be on the lease or subletting from the current flatmates. They are looking for someone long term :)
