The flat itself is really nice. There is a big, light living room, balcony, dishwasher, communal garden, secure indoor bike storage, and it's in a pretty quiet residential neighbourhood. There are some nice places nearby, and you are really near the canal and mile end park.

In terms of transport, it's a 7 minute walk to both Stepney green & Limehouse tube stations, with a 10ish minute walk to Mile End. It's pretty easy commute to both Canary Wharf & the City.

An ideal person for this flat would be a working professional who enjoys a casual flat where its sociable when it suits, and is clean and reliable. This is not suitable for students.
