Hello! We are looking for another girl to join our 4-bedroom flat. Due to a last-minute dropout, the room is available as soon as the checks have been finished.

The room is furnished with a single bed, desk, mirror and wardrobe, although you could possibly look at swapping out the desk for a double bed. We also have a washer/dryer, a small dining area, as well as 1.5 bathrooms, so would be the perfect room for someone moving to london for the first fime as the flat has everything you need.

The location is without a doubt the best feature of this flat - just a 2-minute walk to Stepney Green station ( District and Hammersmith13 minu & City Lines). tes to Bethnal Green ( Elizabeth Line and Overground ) and plenty of local buses with a direct night bus from central.

There's a Tesco and Sainsbury's Local and a big Sainsbury's within a 12 minute walk.

You would be sharing with myself, Fiona and Alexandra. We are all 26-28 and British, Swiss and American, respectively! We very much have our own lives, but will catch up in the kitchen and go to the pub/ pub quiz together. Depending on the schedules, we can be like ships in the night, but it is never cooking in the kitchen in silence vibes at all.

The contract is directly with the landlord, so no agencies, although he does do reference/employment checks.

Rent for this room is £615 per month, with a £700 deposit due immediately upon arrival. We will send you a breakdown of costs before you arrive, including estimates of unity and council tax costs.

For the checks you will need
- Identification check (using a passport or driving licence)
- Proof of income
- Credit check
- Confirmation of employment (a written employers' reference confirming the tenant's employment and salary)
