About the flat:
2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat with a large living room, balcony, and kitchen-diner (dishwasher included). Very spacious, with a decent sized closet in the hallway for storage. Comes with a washer and dryer. Furniture in the common spaces include the couches, tables, chairs, and the tv stand. Furniture in the en-suite bedroom consists of a king size bed, mattress, built-in closet, dresser, and two night stands with drawers.

About me:
American, 31, currently works in international development. Would consider myself more of a low key person in my day to day life and tend to spend my time getting dinner with friends, exploring the city, traveling, and being outdoors.
As a flatmate, I'm proactively clean in that I do my dishes right away and tidy up common areas unprompted. I also value creating a space where everyone can communicate their wants and disagreements openly, respectfully, and with care.
Personal space is important to me but so too is human connection, so I look forward to having a good relationship with the person I share the flat with!

About the area:
The flat is really nicely located. An easy 7 minute walk from Stepney Green Station (Hammersmith and District lines) and excellent links to multiple other lines no more than 5 minutes away on the tube (Elizabeth, Overground, Central), as we’re right in between Whitechapel and Mile End. The DLR is also a 14 minute walk away. Great grocery store options close by, including Sainsbury, Tesco, and ~most excitingly~ plenty of local Asian stores galore.
