Cute room available in 5-bed flat in Stepney! :)

Hi! My name's Érin and I'm looking for someone to fill my room in a lovely 5- bed flat in Stepney Green, just 5-10 minutes walk (depending on your pace) from Stepney Green station!

You would be living with four lovely people aged 25-32, sharing a kitchen, toilet and living room :) It's a very chilled household and everyone is very friendly and down for a chat/ to watch tv but everyone is mainly happy to do their own thing and are very respectful of one another :)

I'm ideally looking for someone to move in as soon as possible, but definitely by the 9th October. Even better if you could move in around the 20th September (though I know that's very soon) as thats when we currently pay our rent and so it would then be easier to sort out handover between us etc.

The flat is in such a good location being so close to Stepney Green station, as well as a 10/15 minute walk from Whitechapel and Mile End on either side, and Limehouse south of the flat!
Other than being well connected, it's less than a minute away from Stepney City Farm (which has a lovely cafe and a market on Saturdays). It's also a short walk to shops like Tescos and Sainsburys, as well as being close to the Regent's Canal, which you can take down to Limehouse Basin or up to Victoria Park and Broadway Market.

The room is quite small and cosy but fits a double bed and depending on how you want to furnish it (excuse my messy/unorganised pictures of the room) you can fit a rail and small desk too! The room comes furnished with bed, bedside table rail, shelves etc. The price is really good for the location and how nice the flat is. As it's the smallest room, I've also been able to coopt the storage cupboard outside the room which is handy, plus there's room for storage under the bed. The room also gets lovely natural light throughout the day so doesn't feel dark!

Bills are never usually more than £100 and our council tax band is D so it usually comes to around £50 ish a month split between us all.

There is also a bike rack in the shared courtyard outside (pictured) which is pretty secure but of course use a lock too :)
Our landlord is pretty good too with replying and sorting any issues quickly if we have any.

I'm looking for someone to replace me on the tenancy agreement, subject to the landlord agreeing and doing some reference checks so feel free to get in touch about viewings as soon as you can. My work schedule is a bit flexible so i can try and accommodate you (and my flatmates so you can meet them) in the next couple of weeks.
