Hello!

We’re looking to replace our housemate who will be leaving our houseshare in the coming months.

THE ROOM

The room is a well sized double room on the 2nd floor (or 3rd floor for non Brits). It will be unfurnished but you should be able to buy some furniture (including a desk, chair, chest of drawers and king sized bed) from the previous tenant for cheap.

THE HOUSE

The house itself is great!

The highlights are:

- Spacious and comfy living room with lots of light
- Also a spacious kitchen/dining room
- A cosy garden in which you can relax, use the bbq or even - grow your own veg
- A repurposed garage where you can play darts, watch tv, store your bike or do your drying (all the fun stuff)
- A lot of house plants
- Toilet on every floor

LOCATION

It’s located right in between bethnal green, mile end and stepney green (7 min walk to Stepney Green tube, and 15 mins to Bethnal Green or Mile End tube station), giving it plenty of transport options and easy access to the best of east London.

ABOUT US

We’re 3 guys who have been friends for a while and get along very well. As a house we like sports, music, pub quizzes, board games, park games and watching movies. Generally at least one of us is always working from home and can provide watercooler chat. Fairly often we’ll get up to stuff on the weekends, host guests and occasionally we’ll throw a party.

NOTE: We’re all vegetarian. We’re not asking that you should be too but we thought we should mention it.

ABOUT YOU

All we're looking for is someone friendly and considerate. Ideally you'd be looking for a long term let (i. e not less than a year).

BILLS

The quoted rental price does not include bills. Bills rack up to around £110 a month for water, electricity, gas, internet and council tax.

CONTRACT

Our departing housemate is somewhat flexible with the start date, but he can probably do late October at the earliest.

Our landlord will probably want to put you through a tenant referencing platform (Goodlord) before adding you to our contract.
