Double Room with Ensuite in Stepney Green

A double bedroom available in a large house in Stepney Green. We love our house and are excited to have another housemate move in.

The house is modern with 4 rooms in total - each room with its own en-suite! There is a living room and separate kitchen/eating area and a large backyard with bike shed.

The room is available from December 4th. It's large enough for a double bed, wardrobe and desk.

Bills are ~£150-180 each in total - including £150 council tax, water, energy, broadband and a fortnightly cleaner.

Location wise, we are right around the corner from Stepney Green station which is 15 minutes via District and Hammersmith and city lines to Shoreditch and Aldgate and 30 minutes into Central London. It's a 15 minute walk to Mile End where you'll also be able to jump on the Central line. It's very well connected and there are a number of buses that stop right around the corner.

Regents Canal and Victoria Park are nearby - both are perfect for a stroll in the evening or over the weekend.

- Suzie, a 29-year-old editor from Boston USA who enjoys traveling, fitness and pubs.
- Zoë, a 30-year-old nonprofit founder from California USA who enjoys yoga, writing, and traveling.
- Kahina, a 33-year-old data analyst from The Netherlands who enjoys food, running and music events.

Existing flatmates get along well and enjoy spending time together when we can, but also have our own lives and are generally quite busy. We’re looking for someone who is keen to hang out but also who has their own lives and respects our space.
