A three-bedroom two-story apartment on a quiet street in Stockwell.
The apartment has recently been renovated to a very high standard and has a light and airy feel.
The bedroom contains built-in wardrobes and drawers, providing lots of storage space. The double bed has a high-spec new mattress. A small desk and chair are available if needed. There is Dimmable lighting and side lamps. This is a feature throughout the apartment, adding to the ambience.
The lounge has a floor-to-ceiling south-facing window, allowing lots of natural light. It has an open fire and a dining area leading to a balcony.
The bathroom and bedrooms are on the first floor. The bathroom has a high-spec shower and bath, storage space for toiletries, and excellent lighting.
The kitchen has all the usual built-in appliances (fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher). It also has all the usual Pans/ crockery and utensils available.
There is a breakfast bar handy for less formal Occasions.
The apartment location is a six-minute walk to Stockwell tube station and two minutes to bus stops and cycle hire bays. It is within easy reach of Vauxhall, Brixton, Clapham, Oxford Circus, and The City. On-street car parking is available with a resident parking permit, which is easy to set up. If you own a bicycle, there is a bike storage unit within our small estate's parameters.
A bit about me and who we are looking for.
I work full time and am not home-based.
When I am at home, I am sociable. I organise dinner for the odd evening when we are all home. It's a chance to relax, catch up with our news, eat well, and pop into the local pub for a pint or two.
We all need our own space and I am mindful and respectful of that and those around me. I want my flatmates to relax, enjoy our calm, energising vibe, and make it their home as much as I do. We always clean and tidy up after ourselves when using the communal areas. If you share and have the same expectation yourself, then this place would be a good fit for you. We are also looking for a guy who does not generally work from Home. The odd days are ok. These are both important to us when finding a new flatmate.
