Just a 3-minute walk to the Tube station, with access to both the Northern and Victoria lines. There are also excellent bus connections in all directions, making it easy to get to Central London, Brixton, Clapham, Oval and Vauxhall.

I’m self-employed and work from home most of the time. I enjoy friendly chats and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, while fully respecting everyone’s need for privacy and personal space.

Parties aren’t allowed, but having a few friends over occasionally is absolutely fine.
