Double room available for quiet and clean (student preferred) housemate.
Tube station just 3 min walk (Northern and Victoria lines), good bus connections in any direction, easy way to Brixton, Clapham, Oval and Vauxhall.
Large and well equipped kitchen, balcony with a nice view to Central London, spacious shared living room. Two storey flat, the bedroom is on the second floor.
All bills included.
No parties allowed, but some friends can come along.
I am self-employed and mostly work from home. Would enjoy some friendly conversations but highly respect anybodies needs for privacy.
Especially will be welcomed female korean student, as kimchi is welcomed :)
Note there is a bunny living with us in the kitchen, kept only in the cage.
